Boomi EDI Integration Consultant
What you'll achieve
As a Boomi EDI Integration Consultant, you will leverage in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and technical solutions to provide technical and consultative guidance and help the customer increase their operational efficiencies.
You will:
Implement defined solutions and strategies based on the analysis done by others on customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure
Create simple to intermediate integration processes and Flows under supervision
Work collaboratively with Senior Team Members to identify client requirements and solutions.
Be conversant in at least one element of the Boomi Platform and understand how it satisfies Customer business needs.
Co-present and co-facilitate with Senior Project Team Members

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Technology/STEM fields
2 to 3 years of related experience in EDI
Basic experience with standard documents and understanding the business context of these documents (e.g. 850, 810, 856, 875, 880, 852, 832, 846, 940, 943, 945, 947, 204, 210, 214, 990)
Basic database skills (e.g. connect databases, basic queries)
Basic experience setting up Communication Protocols such as AS2, HTTP/S, FTP/s, SFTP
Using generic APIs
You have an understanding of requirements gathering and identifying solutions to customer problems.
You listen attentively, speak in a clear and concise manner, and demonstrate confident non-verbal communications. You convey complex technical matters in clear business terms.
You are "technically curious" and have a base level of understanding of general technologies required for your role. You are able to break down a technical problem into logical steps.
Good knowledge, understanding and application of project management skills and methodologies
Up to 25% travel in North America
Desirable Requirements
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Experience with enterprise integration tools
Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, SAP, Amazon, and/or Shopify
Groovy experience
