Electrical Foreman / Lead Electrician and Journeyman Electricians

Duties and Responsibilities • Read and comprehend drawings. • Install Conduit 1/2" to 4" • Utilize power tools, saws, threaders, knockout punches, etc. • Operate wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, etc. • Dig trenches, either by use of hand tools or power equipment. • Being able to Operate equipment including trenchers, back hoe, and lift trucks in a safe manner is a plus. • Operate two handed tools/equipment, cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, etc. • Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, work site directions, and written instructions. • Install branch wire and make terminations. • Install feeder wire and make terminations in junction. • Install and make termination for light fixtures, receptacles and switches. • Install electrical equipment such as panels, transformers, switchboards, lighting controls, etc. Physical Requirements • Personal weight and tools cannot exceed weight limit of ladders (Class 1-250lbs, Class 2-300lbs. • Climb ladders of all types. • Must be able to work in all types of environments including working indoors and outdoors. • Must be able to positively identify different colors of wiring. • Have a reliable means for transportation in order to be on time and work the required schedule.
