Email Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo)

The RoleWe’re seeking an experiencedLifecycle Marketing Specialistto own our email and SMS strategy from start to finish. This in-office position (Mon–Fri) is based at our HQ in Old Town Scottsdale and requires a minimum of5 years’ experiencein lifecycle marketing, ideally in DTC e-commerce. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and optimization to drive retention, engagement, and revenue. Responsibilities • Develop and manage automated email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.). • Plan and execute SMS campaigns through Klaviyo and Attentive, optimizing for engagement and compliance. • Create segmentation strategies to personalize customer journeys. • Write, edit, and oversee creative in Sleepyhead’s voice; collaborate with designers on visuals. • A/B test subject lines, content, layouts, and send times. • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance; make data-driven optimizations. Requirements • 5+ years in lifecycle/email marketing, with strong Klaviyo expertise. • Proven track record in e-commerce. • Strong copywriting and analytical skills. • Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics preferred. • Local to Phoenix metro area; able to work in-office in Old Town Scottsdale Mon–Fri.
