Accountabilities

  • Respond to inbound calls related to employee benefits enrollment, providing clear, accurate, and professional assistance.
  • Guide employees through benefit-related questions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Document interactions thoroughly and process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance with established procedures.
  • Take ownership of inquiries from initial contact through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify effective solutions for complex customer situations.
  • Maintain high service quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Utilize internal systems and technology efficiently to manage customer interactions and case documentation.
  • Requirements

    • Previous customer service or service center experience is required.
    • Experience in benefits administration, insurance, brokerage, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong communication and active listening skills with excellent phone etiquette.
    • Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
    • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
    • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Reliable home office setup with internet speeds of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload (Ethernet connection recommended).
    • Ability to attend and successfully complete remote training prior to supporting customers.
