Why do we need you? Well, we are looking for an Endpoint Management Architect who will bring planning, design, and strategy to our fleet. You will report to the Head of IT and will be responsible for all facets of endpoint management across the enterprise.

Calendly is looking for an experienced IT engineer with expertise in Endpoint Management to join our IT team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing solutions to ensure the secure and efficient use of endpoints by our employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our policies and procedures align with business requirements and industry standards.

• Developing, implementing and maintaining endpoint management solutions that align with business requirements and security policies.
• Recommending design and implementation standard processes; guide technical teams to understand non-functional requirements for availability, scalability, adaptability, and security.
• Configuring and managing tools, such as Okta, JAMF, Workspace One, AWS workspaces including user provisioning, access control, and mobile device management.
• Collaborating with teams, facilitate design sessions, ensuring accurate implementation and maintenance of solutions with various applications as applicable
• Conducting regular assessments and audits of relevant systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Providing high-level estimates for various tasks and projects and assist with project planning.

• 5-7 years direct experience with MDM tooling such as JAMF, Workspace ONE, Kandji
• Experience in an Okta environment, using solutions such as Okta Device Trust, Okta AMFA
• Experience managing a DaaS (desktop as a service) solution at a remote first company
• Understands security concepts such as conditional access, passwordless solutions, zero trust security, and a strong background in adhering to compliance requirements, such as SOC and ISO
• Experience working in a primarily macOS, digital first environment
• JAMF 300+ Certified
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
