The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly accountable, with significant autonomy and visibility. This is an opportunity for an experienced NetSuite professional to lead impactful transformations while mentoring teams and influencing enterprise outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and mentor teams of up to 10 consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development.
  • Serve as a trusted client advisor, acting as an advocate throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and business process mapping/reengineering activities.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical system designs, including fit/gap analysis.
  • Oversee solution architecture, configuration design, and collaboration with technical teams on custom development.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Guide UAT, SIT, end-user training, and change management activities.
  • Define and execute data migration strategies, including cutover planning and go-live execution.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing client success as needed.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including scoping new opportunities and supporting client acquisition.
  • Participate in internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, methodology improvement, and go-to-market development.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting, configuration, or administration experience.
    • Proven track record of delivering at least 8 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
    • Strong expertise in ERP systems, business process design, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
    • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) strongly preferred.
    • Deep understanding of SuiteCloud tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk) and end-to-end solution design.
    • Experience with data migration planning, cutover execution, and system go-live activities.
    • Strong background in finance, accounting, supply chain, or industry-specific ERP domains.
    • Demonstrated project and team management experience, including leading consultants across multiple engagements.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
    • Ability to operate effectively in remote and client-facing workshop environments.
    • Nice to have: CPA, PMP, CSM, MBA or advanced degree; experience with integration tools (Celigo, Boomi, FarApp); exposure to advanced NetSuite modules (Manufacturing, WMS, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, SuiteCommerce, etc.).
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary range of $180,000 to $250,000 CAD.
      • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.
      • 401(k) with company match up to 6%.
      • Fully remote and flexible working environment.
      • Paid training, certification support, and continuous learning opportunities.
      • Strong emphasis on work-life balance and personalized well-being programs.
      • Opportunities to work with global clients on high-impact ERP transformation projects.
      • Culture of autonomy, career flexibility, and long-term professional growth.
