Our Consumer Marketing team, part of the Marketing and Design Center of Excellence (COE) is looking for an experienced Engagement Specialist to promote member and social media community engagement, retention, and satisfaction by monitoring and engaging with our community members where they are. This role will work closely with the CO team, content team, legal team, and design team.
The Centers of Excellence departments offer leadership, best practices, business unit support, and training in focus areas like Engineering, Quality Management/Regulatory, Business Operations, and Design/Brand.
- Manage engagement across all consumer social media and review channels by responding to comments and messages, sharing content, liking, commenting, building community, connecting with influencers, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal/regulatory compliance, brand adherence, and tickets are properly escalated
- Collaborate with fractional SM management group to create reels, stories, etc. that align with greater strategy
- Create, moderate, and engage with FB community page
- Stay up to date on social media trends, competitors, influencers, relevant hashtags, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a social media specialist or similar position
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating social media content using visual editing tools, like Canva, Adobe, etc.
