The Logistics team works across all facets of fulfillment of product, making sure every buyer gets their goods and every seller can ship, track and get paid out with ease. As a member of the early Logistics team, you will have the opportunity to build systems and platforms that help fulfill over 1B GMV from scratch. We look for engineers with great product instincts who can own whole projects from start to finish.

The software team has a lot of individual responsibility and many more freedoms, so we need to hire people we can trust. Your ability to make good trade-offs and exercise good judgment is essential to us.

• You will hire and develop engineers, and play a key role in setting and completing an ambitious roadmap for product expansion
• Lead the development of our applications across mobile and backend systems in multi-functional teams
• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions

• You have 2+ years of engineering leadership experience (at least 2 years in a high growth environment)
• You have a passion for the measurement and improvement of products
• Have experience leading teams to build great user-facing mobile/web applications and backend services/APIs
• You have guided technical decisions for complex products within a web and mobile environment
• You have experience demonstrating your technical background and hands-on experience in solving large and complex technical problems
• You have an eye for great products and can work with product engineers, product managers, and designers to effectively deliver them
• You have a proven history of effectively recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high performing teams
