    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
    • Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or high-volume customer engagement environments is highly preferred.
    • Proven ability to meet performance targets and work in a goal-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or admissions systems preferred.
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured call-center style environment.
    • Availability to work scheduled hours, including occasional weekends on rotation.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive hourly compensation starting around $22.28 per hour (subject to experience and qualifications)
      • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
      • Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance
      • 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions
      • Tuition waiver program for continued education opportunities
      • Fully remote work structure within the United States
      • Supportive team environment with structured training and performance development
      • Opportunity to make a direct impact by helping students achieve educational and career goals.
