This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enrollment Manager based in United States.

The Enrollment Manager will lead and develop a high-performing enrollment team while contributing directly to operational success and customer experience outcomes.
This player–coach role combines people leadership, performance management, and hands-on enrollment expertise to drive measurable results.
The position focuses on improving conversion rates, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring consistently high-quality interactions.
You will coach team members through structured feedback, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Enrollment Specialists, creating a culture of accountability, ownership, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive team enrollment goals by monitoring productivity, conversion rates, call efficiency, documentation accuracy, and overall operational performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, including one-on-ones, call reviews, skill development sessions, and structured feedback discussions to improve team capabilities.
  • Identify individual strengths and development opportunities, creating targeted improvement plans and supporting employee growth.
  • Maintain a limited personal enrollment caseload to stay connected with customer interactions, demonstrate best practices, and support complex or escalated situations.
  • Monitor enrollment metrics and dashboards to identify trends, resolve workflow challenges, and implement strategies that improve efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with leadership teams to optimize processes, improve scalability, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Requirements

    • 3–5+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, inside sales, member engagement, or a similar customer-focused environment.
    • Previous leadership, team lead, or people management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.
    • Proven success improving conversion rates, team performance, productivity, or operational outcomes in a metrics-driven environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and build trust across teams.
    • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to balance performance expectations with a supportive leadership approach.
    • Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or related service industries is preferred.
