This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise-scale revenue growth by establishing and deepening strategic relationships with high-value customers. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will leverage deep domain expertise in data and AI technologies to identify opportunities, articulate business value, and close complex deals with large organizations. You will manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, develop and execute account strategies, and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, possesses a hunter mentality, and is motivated by achieving measurable business outcomes. This position provides visibility and impact across enterprise clients, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and shape long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue net new enterprise opportunities, consistently generating pipeline through targeted prospecting and strategic account engagement.
  • Apply the MEDDIC sales methodology to assess opportunities, identify key stakeholders, and align solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, ensuring all interactions, pipeline updates, and forecasts are accurate for strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, tailored demonstrations, and business cases that highlight solution value and align with customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with PreSales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize enterprise adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline and forecast metrics weekly, making data-driven adjustments to strategy.
  • Travel as required to meet key clients, build relationships, and ensure successful deal closure and post-sales engagement.
  • Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT infrastructure sales with quota-carrying responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of the Data & AI ecosystem, including vendors such as Databricks, Neo4j, Snowflake, or other database/AI solutions.
  • Proven track record managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Expertise in MEDDIC sales methodology and ability to align solutions with customer metrics and business outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to communicate strategic and financial value effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to guide sales strategy.
  • Located in the U.S. Central Timezone (CST) with flexibility for occasional travel.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
