runZero is looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and cover the territories of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland! You will report to the Director of Sales (East) and be responsible for driving very impactful early-stage revenue and growth.
In this role, you will meet and exceed your quota by crafting and implementing strategic territory plans while working in a high-growth/change-friendly environment. This is a unique opportunity for a closer with a self-starter mentality to win business and help our customers by adding a powerful new capability to their IT and Security Team’s tool belts. While we are a remote company, we’d like for this person to live in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, or Maryland for the best work-life balance.
What You’ll Do- Identify high-potential businesses and verticals located in - PA, DE, NJ and MD. Develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to runZero
- Evangelize runZero to customers in both IT Security and IT/OT Network teams
- Navigate and close high ASP, complex opportunities with nuance and skill
- Turn our inbound demand into closed-new business while nurturing customer relationships
- Iterate and audit our existing sales process as we continuously evolve
- Influence product roadmap on behalf of customers and prospects
- Manage and document the sales pipeline in Salesforce and our internal wiki
- Be an excellent team player and mentor to your teammates inside and outside the department
- Manage your prospects and customers with a Customer First mentality
- 5+ years of selling security software to Enterprise accounts and has strong partner relationships/experience in (Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland)
- Experience in a closing/quota-carrying role, with consistent success in exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Possess the technical competency to understand runZero’s software and build strong relationships with highly technical customers
- Ability to partner cross-functionally to ensure a collaborative customer engagement approach
- Excellent communication skills with an openness to coaching and mentoring, possess a student-like mentality
- Proficient with a standard SaaS seller’s tech stack (Hubspot, SalesNav, Gmail etc.)
- Some startup experience preferred
runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of $300 - $325k OTE, plus stock options.
