This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - Offensive Security based in Australia.

This role is focused on driving enterprise growth for a next-generation offensive security platform powered by AI. You will be responsible for engaging large enterprise customers, particularly security and technical stakeholders, to position a cutting-edge solution that is reshaping how organizations approach penetration testing and application security. The environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and deeply collaborative, with strong alignment between sales, product, and executive leadership. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy, refining messaging, and building scalable sales motions from an early stage. This is a high-impact position where your customer conversations directly influence product evolution and company direction. It is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in ambiguous environments and wants to help define how a category is built.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Engage with technical and security stakeholders including engineers, platform teams, and CISOs to understand needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Build and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to generate and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage pipeline with strong discipline, focusing on deal velocity, accuracy, and value creation.
  • Gather and relay customer insights to influence product development and commercial strategy.
  • Contribute to the creation of scalable sales processes, tools, and repeatable revenue motions.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within cybersecurity, application security, or related technical domains.
    • Proven track record of selling into large enterprise organizations with complex buying structures.
    • Strong ability to communicate with technical stakeholders and translate complex concepts into business value.
    • Experience in prospecting, demand generation, and building pipeline in early-stage or high-growth environments.
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where processes are still being defined.
    • Strong consultative selling skills with curiosity, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a bias toward action and results.
    • Experience selling into regulated industries or security leadership teams (e.g., CISOs) is a strong plus.
