About the Role:

We are currently expanding our Channel Team in North America and hiring for an Enterprise Partner Manager, Agency Partnerships. This role will report into our Manager, Agency Partnerships. 

The Agency Partner Manager will recruit, onboard and enable system integrators and digital agencies in North America who will implement, refer and manage Bloomreach solutions.    

This is a quota carrying role  for someone who is passionate about creating partnerships that are mutually beneficial which drive sourced and influenced revenue.  The role will align cross functionally with enablement, marketing, delivery, sales and customer success to drive success.  

The Partner Manager is a pivotal role within Bloomreach with the ability to make a material difference immediately. You will grow a territory and build a new market for us. Your job will be to:
  • Be a builder.  Someone with enormous energy who thrives on building trusting partnerships that are mutually beneficial for both Bloomreach and our partners 
  • Be proactive and take initiative. Don’t be afraid to bring ideas from your past experiences to the table and develop and lead your own initiatives to grow channel
  • Ideally have experience collaborating with C-level executives at enterprise digital marketing and commerce agencies
  • Drive sourced and influenced business  
  • Develop strategic business plans with partners that drive revenue; including enablement, marketing, sales, use case development and deployment 
  • Own a set of existing partners and drive value with those partners 
  • Identify the right partners to recruit and develop an outbounding strategy and a clear onboarding plan that activates the partners quickly to drive sourced revenue.   
  • Develop strong relationships with internal partners to meet objectives and targets 
  • Take the lead on developing a cross-functional process for agency partners to include Bloomreach in their accelerators
  • Have a desire to learn, be ever curious and strive towards excellence
Your success story will be:
  • In 30 days you will learn the Bloomreach stack and where our Enterprise partners fit in and create strategic plans for your partner set
  • In 90 days you will be successfully executing against those plans and driving channel pipeline
  • In 180 days you will be recruiting and onboarding new strategic partners according to an enterprise partner strategy you helped craft
You have the following experience and qualities:
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS)
  • 3+ years of selling or partnerships in Commerce or Marketing agency or technology companies 
  • Marketing background is a plus 
  • Evaluate potential partnership opportunities based on market dynamics, customer impact, and strategic value
  • Deep knowledge of online/internet/digital marketing technology
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota
  • Well-established presence in the industry with a strong network to leverage
  • Detail oriented, relationship-building skills with a passion for building new relationships and drive towards mutual benefits and goals
  • The ability to adapt to new environments 
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Highly organized, excellent time management skills, positive attitude

The on-target-earnings range for this position is $150,000-$180,000 (salary + commission). The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
