You will be responsible for improving systems, introducing scalable operating mechanisms, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex workflows. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building structure in global, rapidly evolving environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify inefficiencies and systemic gaps within EOR operations and design scalable solutions to improve performance and reduce friction
  • Drive clarity and visibility across multiple teams by managing dependencies, priorities, risks, and decision-making frameworks
  • Develop and enhance operating mechanisms such as workflows, escalation paths, intake processes, and documentation standards
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to generate insights and recommend actionable improvements
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-domain initiatives
  • Support compliance, audit readiness, and governance activities across EOR operational processes
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of operations
  • Ensure consistent execution of initiatives across regions and functions within a global distributed environment
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in business operations, program/project management, operational excellence, or similar cross-functional roles
    • Strong ability to manage complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through execution and impact measurement
    • Proven experience working across multiple stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority
    • Experience with operational metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools)
    • Strong written communication skills with a preference for clear, structured asynchronous collaboration
    • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems, or workflows in previous roles
    • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and operational design
    • Strong organizational skills with high ownership, initiative, and ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
    • Ability to balance speed and quality while making sound judgment calls on trade-offs and risks
    • Experience in global or distributed environments is a strong advantage
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote, global-first working environment with flexibility to work from anywhere
      • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks
      • Flexible working hours and strong async-first culture supporting work-life balance
      • Generous paid time off and parental leave policies
      • Learning and development budget to support professional growth
      • Home office setup and equipment support
      • Mental health and wellbeing resources
      • Stock options and long-term incentive programs (role dependent)
      • Opportunities to work on high-impact global operations shaping the future of international employment
