The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team you will oversee program delivery across the Epic payer implementation lifecycle securing scope schedule and budget targets are met. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while securing project success and maintaining exemplary standards. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with clients at various levels driving operational improvements and enhancing healthcare technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee thorough program delivery throughout the Epic payer implementation lifecycle
- Maintain adherence to project scope timelines and budgetary constraints
- Lead teams in driving operational enhancements and optimizing healthcare technology
- Mentor junior staff while promoting strategic planning and execution
- Engage with clients across various levels to facilitate productive communication
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges during project execution
- Uphold the utmost standards of quality and client service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Epic platform implementation
- At least one active Epic certification

The salary range for this position is: $99000 - $232000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills experience qualifications and location and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
