• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools, MVPs, and low-code applications that enhance partner onboarding, enablement, and operational efficiency.
• Build, monitor, and optimize complex automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical logic for partner commission processing, automation, and reporting.
• Integrate CRM platforms, internal systems, and external services through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable technical workflows while documenting architectures, integrations, and operational standards.
• Support growth initiatives by implementing technical experiments, automation strategies, and data tracking solutions that improve partner engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and system capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience building advanced low-code workflows and integrations using platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, API documentation, and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL, database concepts, and data modeling to support operational reporting and decision-making.
• Previous experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Partner Operations, or similar roles within SaaS or B2B technology environments.
• Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot or equivalent solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with a product and engineering mindset.
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI agents, intelligent automation, or platforms such as Flowise is highly valued.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python, event tracking platforms, or customer data platforms is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, autonomy, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
