This role is designed for a highly skilled Salesforce expert who will lead the design and execution of advanced data-driven marketing solutions within a complex digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and optimizing customer data architectures, enabling real-time personalization, and orchestrating sophisticated cross-channel journeys. Working at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical implementation, you will transform business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive engagement and measurable impact. The position requires deep expertise in data modeling, automation, and integration across the Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences powered by robust data foundations. This is a high-impact, consultative role within a fast-evolving digital marketing environment focused on innovation and performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement data architecture within Salesforce Data Cloud, including ingestion, identity resolution, modeling, and activation of customer data.
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder and advanced automations in Automation Studio.
  • Build real-time hyper-personalization strategies leveraging Marketing Cloud Personalization capabilities.
  • Develop robust technical solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Manage data governance practices, including large data volumes, CI/CD processes, and architectural best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (LGPD) and security best practices across implementations.
  • Support integration efforts using native connectors, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Requirements:

    • 5 to 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
    • Strong expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for advanced marketing automation and data processing.
    • Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and native connectors.
    • Solid understanding of data privacy, security, and LGPD compliance requirements.
    • Experience in building and managing complex customer journeys and personalization strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, customer data platforms, and digital engagement ecosystems.
    • Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant, or Personalization Accredited Professional are required or highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a consultative, stakeholder-facing role.
    • Ability to manage complex technical environments with a focus on performance, scalability, and governance.
