About the Role:

As Moov continues to expand its global presence, we are looking for a leader to help scale our business in Europe. This is a pivotal role, and the Director for our European business will be at the center of  establishing and expanding our presence in the region. This leadership position comes with a high degree of responsibility and offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth of our business in the region. You will work directly with our Head of Global Sales and the rest of Moov’s executive team in creating and executing a clear growth strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development in the Region - Forge and nurture relationships with semiconductor manufacturing end users and refurbishers across Western Europe. Focus on cultivating new relationships and strengthening existing Moov relationships. Demonstrate the value of Moov's services via various communication channels. Bring the best of Moov’s product and service offerings tailored to the European marke. 
  • Equipment Trading and Account Management - Oversee the entire buying and selling process of used semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless transactions with clients. Utilize automation tools and our internal CRM to track deal progress, provide product information, and ensure accurate listings. Manage negotiations, address client complaints, and collaborate closely with the Customer Success team for post-sale support.
  • Build and Manage a local  team - Based on market development and opportunities, lead the buildout of a team of Moovers across sales and other functions, working with the rest of Moov to do so. 

Own the strategy and customization of Moov for Europe: Ensure Moov is working in accordance with local guidelines and preferences, maximizing our business in the region 

You Have:

  • Be based in the EU.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the sales or business development field.
  • Deep familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and preferably with the secondary market for related equipment.
  • A strong network of industry contacts within Europe.

You May Have:

  • Proficiency in multiple European languages.
