Event Marketing Specialist

SCOPE

• Manage logistics and execution for events and other marketing activities
• Work with Field Marketing to align on pre- and post-event communication, event results and alignment with sales on lead capture and follow-up
• Partner with internal teams to plan and support internal events including all company Quarterly Meetings, company retreat and monthly Data Meetups
• Collaborate with on-the-ground team and Marketing team to ensure successful event execution
• Maintain calendar of events, conferences, trainings that pertain to our industry, partnerships, clients and expertise
• Maintain promotional apparel and items

SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field OR 3+ years in Event Marketing
• Previous experience coordinating and organizing corporate and client events
• Creative, energetic and hands-on mindset
• Very organized and able to manage deadlines effectively
• A self-starter able to complete tasks with limited guidance
