  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and operational logistics to ensure seamless execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables while proactively identifying risks and next steps.
  • Improve workflows and systems by identifying inefficiencies and implementing better operational solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline research, drafting, reporting, and repetitive tasks.
  • Support financial administration including expense tracking, invoicing, and basic reporting with accuracy and discretion.
  • Requirements:

    • 4–7 years of experience in operations, analytics, program/project management, product management, or executive support roles.
    • Strong fluency with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern productivity systems, using them regularly to enhance output.
    • Highly adaptable mindset with comfort working across unfamiliar tasks and rapidly shifting priorities.
    • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, Asana or Linear, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Attio.
    • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make is highly valued.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism.
    • Proven ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of ownership.
    • Collaborative mindset with experience supporting or guiding others in a team environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on experience and skills.
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
      • Generous paid time off to support rest and work-life balance.
      • Retirement plan with 401(k) participation.
      • Optional short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance.
      • Remote work environment with flexibility in day-to-day execution.
      • Opportunity to work in a high-impact role supporting senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
