In this role, you’ll be the face of our organization—connecting with the community through door-to-door outreach, sharing our mission, and collecting valuable feedback. Are you an experienced canvasser ready to join a high-energy, high-reward team? • $20/hour Base pay + Bonuses (Earn $1,500–$2,000+/week) • LA, Ventura, Riverside Counties • Schedule: Sunday- Thursday Responsibilities • The Door-to-Door Canvasser role at Five Stars Builders involves engaging with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads for home improvement solutions • The position focuses on initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads • Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, initiating conversations about home improvement solutions • Use persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the company's value proposition • Collect relevant information from prospective customers, including contact details and property specifications, to facilitate the sales process What We’re Looking For: • MUST HAVE canvassing experience, face-to-face marketing, or field sales experience • Confident communicator with strong people skills • Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated • Reliable transportation required • Clean, professional appearance • Drug-free lifestyle • Must be 18+ years old (insurance and safety compliance) Why Join Us?
