The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to become part of Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Aeronautical Systems Integration & Test (ASIT) team in Berkeley MO.
You will enable the ASIT organization to continue to advance its technologies in support of our Air Dominance Phantom Works & Weapons programs. The team is responsible for developing integration test assets real-time software test environments subsystem/system testing and evaluating system performance in simulation lab environment. Simulation and modeling are utilized to assist in requirements development software and hardware development and equipment verification and validation.
Position Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
  • Designs hardware software and interface specifications
  • Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
  • Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
  • Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business need
  • Integration with systems between software and hardware teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical Mechanical or Aeronautical) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Experience designing developing testing qualifying electrical/electronic systems
  • Experience with integrating hardware and software components into a functional system

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Experience preparing test plans schedules and documentation
  • Experience with MATLAB Simulink and/or real-time operating test systems
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Summary pay range: $ 112200 - $151800
Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
