Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Warranty Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service work. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets local codes and regulations while providing high-quality service to our clients. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Conduct assessments of plumbing systems to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs. • Utilize power tools and welding equipment for pipe threading and installation. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. Requirements • Proven experience as a Plumber in construction sites or similar environments. • Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques and practices. • Familiarity with Home Warranty ProvidersREQUIRED • Proficiency in using power tools and welding equipment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. • A valid plumber’s license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
