Job Summary We are currently seeking an experiencedCNC Lathe Machinistwith a strong background inMAZAK lathesto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up machines and producing high-precision components directly from engineering prints. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate MAZAK CNC lathes to produce parts to exact specifications • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.) • Work with various materials including metals and plastic alloys • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed • Ensure quality and adherence to tight tolerances • Troubleshoot and adjust setups as necessary to maintain productivity and accuracy • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: • Minimum 6+ years of experience operating and setting up MAZAK CNC lathes • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills • Proficient with inspection tools and quality control processes • Experience machining a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Preferred: • Experience with MAZATROL programming is a plus • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Benefits: • Competitive pay based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays and vacation • Opportunities for overtime and advancement How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter [email protected] submit application via Indeed.
