Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is hiring for an Experienced Staff Analyst to support our Space and Intelligence delivery team in Kennedy Space Center FL.
This ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various to build relationships and support the needs of our teammates. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the various programs and sites that we deliver training to.
To be successful in the role you should have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and integrate across functions demonstrated project execution skills and be a self-starter with initiative who has a deep passion for our employees.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages and provides reporting for staffing on the program including the use of the Adaptive Planning tool.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information.
- Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or organizational materials to senior leaders.
- Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts suppliers partners and customers to deploy broad organizational onboarding and training.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in using the MyLearning system.
- Experience working closely with Facilities Operations Purchase Orders and/or classified work environment
- Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic fast paced environments
- Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office software
- 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating reports
- 3+ years of experience communicating collaborating and building consensus with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors' Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development planning and execution
- Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
Relocation:
Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates. Basic relocation will be offered to internal candidates.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary Pay Range:
$97750 - $132250
