Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, run-of-shows, call sheets, logistics plans, and operational workflows to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee venue sourcing, site inspections, permitting, insurance requirements, contract management, and vendor negotiations to support production readiness.
  • Manage production budgets including forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation while ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise on-site operations, coordinating crews, talent, contractors, and equipment logistics while ensuring adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance, and production documentation is completed, including permits, releases, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate post-production and post-event processes such as debriefs, reporting, asset management, and equipment returns.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall production and audience experience.
  • Maintain organized systems for production assets, vendor databases, and standardized operational processes.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in film production, live events, corporate media, or long-form/short-form content production.
    • Strong expertise in production planning, logistics coordination, and end-to-end project execution.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere with solid hands-on editing and production workflow experience.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams under tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline production workflows.
    • Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python or JavaScript) is a plus for workflow optimization.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent production streams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary range: 90,000 USD – 110,000 USD.
      • Comprehensive health coverage including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plan options.
      • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) with employer contributions.
      • Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays.
      • Short-term and long-term disability coverage fully paid by the employer.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
      • Remote-first work environment within the United States.
