Practice/Organization Details:
•  Join 2 other Family Medicine physicians and 2 NP's
•  Medical Directorship available
•  Extremely autonomous - Your input will be valued
•  Reasonable volumes of around 15+ patients/day
•  No Call, Nights, or Weekends
•  Work with a vulnerable population and the ability to see complex patients

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Salary guarantee of $300,000+
