The Opportunity:
•  This full scope Family Medicine practice offer excellent clinical support, the opportunity to include OB, and a diverse patient panel.
•  4-day work week, 1:15 call by week and 6+ weeks off year one provides an excellent work/life balance and time to enjoy living in Metro Minneapolis.
•  Collaborative, collegial multispecialty group allows for easy consultations and high-quality patient care.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production with earnings to $300K+.
•  Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant bonus and total compensation MGMA 75th percentile or higher.
