The Opportunity:
•  Practice full scope Family Medicine with excellent clinical and administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.

•  4-day work week, 1:15 call by week and 6+ weeks off year one provides an excellent work/life balance.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to 75th percentile MGMA or higher.
•  Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant bonus and total compensation leading the region.
