The Opportunity:
•  Full scope Family Medicine practice with excellent clinical and administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.
•  Independent healthcare system with strong leadership, extensive specialties and a dedication to patient care and work/life balance
•  4-day work week, 1:15 call by week and 6+ weeks off year one provides an excellent work/life balance.

Compensation Details:
•  Shareholder track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant bonus and total compensation MGMA 75th percentile or higher.
•  Year 1 and 2 offer a competitive, guaranteed base salary plus wRVU bonus.
