Sanford Clinic Canby is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a busy family medicine practice serving the community of Canby, MN.

• Sanford Clinic Canby’s current medical staff consists of 2-FM and 3-Advanced Practice Providers
• The ED is a Level 4 trauma center – ED call is 1:4
• Average number of ED visits per year is 1,000
• Hospital census averages 5-7 per day
• Attached long term care and assisted living facility
• 2 chair kidney dialysis unit
