PRATICE DESCRIPTION

• FQHC needs additional FM to do Outpatient and supervise NP.
• M-F 9-5 clinic but four 10-hour days will be considered
• 3 to 4 patients per hour; No call is required
• 250K or better based on experience plus eligible increase based on production
• Commencement bonus 10K, relocation assistance 5K, student loan forgiveness
• Open to sponsor Visa candidates
