St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C., is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for Clifton Park Family Medicine in Clifton Park, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support!

Clifton Park Family Practice, located at 1 Tallow Wood Drive, Clifton Park, is home to a team of highly experienced providers who offer routine health care for all ages. This includes annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance; routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions, preventative immunizations and precautionary inoculations; womens health services (annual pelvic exams, Pap smears); preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants should have the following:

• Board Certified / Eligible
• NYS licensure
• DEA required
