Family Medicine Physician Outpatient Only

Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking board certified family medicine or med/peds trained physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.

At work, you will experience:

• Outpatient only clinic schedule– variable work week

• Physician/APP panel sharing model

• Nurse call centerto assist with on-call workload

• Nurse coordinators support high needs patients

• Centralized prescription refill team

• Interdisciplinary teamand quick access to specialty services

• Epic EMR– universal throughout Geisinger

We take pride in the support we provide our physicians:

• Compensation – competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience

• Up to $250k recruitment incentives

• Residency/Fellowship stipend– up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation

• Geography Stipend– up to 20k at specific clinics

• Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds

• Fully paid relocation

• 401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k

• Academic involvement with medical students and residents
