Independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers seeks Family Medicine physician due to retirement. Deeply engrained in the community because they live there too, many staff and professionals have cared for generations of families!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
-Guaranteed base salary
-2-year partnership track
-Flat hierarchy - All shareholders are equal
-Proven earnings in the mid- to high-400s
-40k in recruitment incentives
-Up to 43.5k in profit sharing helps shareholders maximize their pretax retirement savings!
-5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15)
