OPPORTUNITY
Busiest Critical Access Hospital in northwest Iowa seeks exceptional Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join their collegial group. Named one of America's Best Hospitals for Obstetrics by the Women's Choice Award for the seventh consecutive year, the hospital and practice serve a very diverse population with a varied pathology.
•  Join a core group of 6 MDs (all who provide OB services) and 3 NPs.
•  4 or 4.5 day workweek; 20-25 ppd
•  350 babies were delivered at the hospital last year
•  Full scope outpatient, inpatient and obstetrics. No ED.
•  2-year income guarantee with option to transition to production compensation after 1st year; fast practice ramp up expected.
•  290k recruitment incentives + 1k/month residency stipend beginning month contract is executed
