Field Crew Member – Fence Setup & Logistics (Truck Required)

About Us We’re a fast-growing rental company serving the greater Austin area, looking for dependable and hard-working individuals to join our field crew. This role involves setting up and taking down temporary fencing at a variety of locations — from construction sites to events — and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work with a flexible schedule. What You’ll Do: • Deliver, install, and remove temporary fencing and related materials at various job sites. • Tow a trailer using your own truck to and from job locations. • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, performing physical labor. • Show up on time, communicate clearly, and represent our company with professionalism. What We’re Looking For: • You own a truck that can tow a trailer. • You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • You can lift 50+ lbs and are comfortable with physical work. • You’re reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. • Bonus: experience in construction, towing, or moving is helpful but not required.
