This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Installation Consultant based in the United States.

This remote field-based role offers the opportunity to support customers by delivering high-quality installation services and safety solutions across a broad territory.
You will manage site assessments, coordinate installations, and serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
The position combines technical expertise, project coordination, customer service, and hands-on field leadership.
You will work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, field experience, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct on-site customer surveys and assessments to support project planning, installation requirements, and successful execution.
  • Develop site layouts, installation plans, and project documentation using internal tools and processes.
  • Lead and support installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and according to timelines.
  • Perform hands-on installations when required while maintaining quality standards and compliance with safety requirements.
  • Act as the primary field representative, building strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable support.
  • Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and sales partners to ensure clear project communication and successful outcomes.
  • Identify customer needs and potential business opportunities, sharing insights with sales teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing deadlines and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with site requirements, safety procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support business development activities during non-project periods by engaging prospective customers and assisting with outreach efforts.
  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 3–7 years of experience in field services, installation, construction, technical services, or a related industry.
    • Experience working directly with customers in a service-oriented environment.
    • Ability to lead installation teams, manage field activities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools, systems, and product solutions.
    • Valid driver’s license required.
    • OSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to maintain high-quality service standards.
    • Ability to explain technical products and solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, and creativity.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle responsibilities independently.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 50–70%, including frequent overnight travel.
    • Ability to reside near a major airport to support regional travel requirements.
