Job Description

Freud is seeking strong work ethic, self-motivated, undergraduates for Field Sales/Marketing Representatives. Individual will be responsible for driving sales of Freud products through product demonstrations, end-user interaction and in-store merchandising at key accounts. The position will report directly to an Account Manager and will have responsibility for an assigned geographical territory.

This role is a great experience for students looking to kick start their career in business through end user sales, marketing and customer service.

This role is a 4 month summer program (early May- end of August) that requires Monday-Friday availability (40 hours per week).

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Planning and executing Freud product demonstrations within key accounts to gain end-user conversions and grow sales
  • Merchandising and stocking Freud products in a retail environment
  • Ensuring the integrity of displays (Planograms) of Freud product
  • Providing outstanding service to consumers to drive sales of Freud/Diablo products
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with store management and associates
  • Customer marketing/product demonstration events in multiple sales channels
  • Execution of special projects

Freud recherche des étudiants non diplômés motivés qui n’ont pas peur de travailler pour être ses représentants sur le terrain. Ces personnes seront chargées de faire mousser les ventes de produits Freud par des démonstrations de produits, des interactions avec des consommateurs et des présentations pour les grands comptes. Les titulaires du poste relèvent directement à un gestionnaire de compte national et sont responsables du territoire géographique qui leur est affecté.

Ce poste est une excellente expérience pour les étudiants qui veulent démarrer leur carrière dans le monde de commerce par les ventes aux clients, le marketing et le service à la clientèle.


Le rôle est pour un programme d’été de 4 mois (début mai à la fin août) et exige d’être disponible du lundi au vendredi (40 heures par semaine).

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Planification et exĂ©cution de dĂ©monstrations de produits Freud dans les magasins des grands comptes afin de convertir des utilisateurs
  • PrĂ©parer les prĂ©sentoirs et produits Freud dans un environnement de vente au dĂ©tail
  • Assurer l’intĂ©gritĂ© des prĂ©sentoirs (planogrammes) de produits Freud
  • Fournir un service exceptionnel aux consommateurs afin de faire mousser les ventes de produits Freud/Diablo
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les gĂ©rants de magasin et les associĂ©s
  • ExĂ©cuter les projets spĂ©ciaux

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an University/College program
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required as vehicle will be supplied (Travel required within given territory)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with store associates and communicate to end users
  • Experience and/or confidence in using power tools is preferred
  • Bilingual speaking (French) required

  • ExpĂ©rience et/ou confiance dans l’utilisation d’outils Ă©lectroportatifs sans fil (scie circulaire et scie alternative)
  • ĂŠtre bilingue (anglais/français) pour le territoire QuĂ©bec/Ottawa
