Responsible for :

• Performing repairs on high voltage generator stator windings and field windings to ensure the insulation system meets OEM and Industry standards.
• Performing refurbishment on high voltage generator stator windings and field windings to ensure the insulation system meets OEM and Industry standards.
• Performing partial rewinding on high voltage generator stator windings and field windings to ensure the insulation system meets OEM and Industry standards.
• Performing full rewinding on high voltage generator stator windings and field windings to ensure the insulation system meets OEM and Industry standards.
• Generation NCR and diligent follow up to analyze and solve the problems.
• Ensures that the work is performed according to Quality, Schedule, Environmental and Health & Safety requirements.
• Support engineering activities.

Qualifications :

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant trade qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generator industry.
• Strong knowledge of generator electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in conducting electrical tests, including high voltage tests.
• Understanding of processes in Thermal Power Plants.
• Familiarity with Power Station Generators.
• Good to excellent communication skills, as this role involves working directly on customer sites.
• English proficiency is a must as this role covers multiple countries
• Willingness to travel extensively (100% travel required).
