Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of On Premise Key Accounts, you will translate our On Premise strategy into sales execution by the US On Premise teams. You will lead integration of process, project management, and development of tools and training to increase the productivity and success of the field. The tools and support provided will build confidence in our sales team to implement important On Premise Key Account programs. You will work with Key Account Directors, Marketing, Insights, Finance, and Operations to develop selling resources that provide optimized support. You will be a conduit between our On Premise Key Account teams and our Region/field teams, and deploy sales strategy to achieve department goals.
Job DescriptionSALES ENABLEMENT AND EXECUTION
Manage all content creation and communication of program selling tools, including launch presentations, sell sheets, and training materials, to ensure all resources are clear and useful for the field teams.
Create and deploy On Premise specific training in both remote and in-person formats to support plans.
Work with each RBNA department (Marketing, Insights, Operations, and Finance) to equip field teams with relevant data or programming.
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Improve collaboration and support across the On Premise Key Account Department.
Work with department and regional leads to evaluate and improve current business and role processes and provide recommendations to leadership on improvements, automation, or new capability opportunities.
Develop improvements to project and annual BP process to increase focus, efficiency, accountability, and empowerment with the field and ensure understanding across all levels of the of the department
Provide strategic analysis and important project management at LT level.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Provide leadership and support from project development to implementation including business case proposals, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, executing, and reporting results.
Partner with project leaders to manage documentation and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and resource needs.
Develop project management methodologies ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and ensure that projects are implemented and delivered to meet requirements.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in Sales enablement, learning & development, or sales capability
5+ years of experience in Field sales or distribution in the Consumer Goods industry
Experience working with On Premise Key Account in any segment
Experience using internal and external data sources for analytics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
Additional InformationThe base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $113,000 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
