This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Training Lead – Market Access & Reimbursement in Saudi Arabia.

This role is focused on shaping and delivering high-impact learning experiences for commercial field teams operating within complex healthcare and pharmaceutical environments. You will play a key role in strengthening capabilities across Market Access, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management, ensuring teams are fully equipped to navigate evolving payer landscapes and commercialization challenges. Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, you will design and implement scalable training programs aligned with product launches, access milestones, and business priorities. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment to ensure consistency and effectiveness of learning initiatives. You will also contribute to improving field performance through targeted capability building, coaching support, and execution excellence. This is a highly influential role where your work directly impacts commercial readiness and patient access outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver foundational and advanced training programs tailored to Market Access & Reimbursement (MA&R) and Key Account Management field teams.
  • Strengthen specialized capabilities in access, reimbursement strategies, and enterprise account management effectiveness.
  • Lead and facilitate large-scale and targeted training sessions, supporting senior training leadership in execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning priorities based on business needs and commercialization strategy.
  • Design and implement scalable learning solutions aligned with product launches, payer dynamics, and access milestones.
  • Collaborate with global commercial learning teams to ensure alignment and consistency across training programs.
  • Translate field needs into structured, actionable training interventions and learning pathways.
  • Manage training logistics, timelines, and compliance with internal standards and SOPs.
  • Serve as a key coordination point for stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional training alignment.
  • Support organizational effectiveness through coaching, leadership development, and field execution improvement.
  • Facilitate at least one in-person training session during the contract period and support broader learning operations.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of experience in training, learning, or development roles within pharma or biotech organizations.
    • 7–10 years of overall commercial experience, ideally in Market Access, Payer environments, or Key Account Management.
    • Proven experience in training delivery, learning strategy execution, and field launch readiness programs.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed global organizations.
    • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and operate effectively in dynamic environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
    • Experience in rare diseases or specialty therapeutics is a plus.
    • Familiarity with field access tools or reimbursement platforms is an advantage.
    • Understanding of adult learning principles and global training best practices is highly desirable.
