Finance Analyst II - Remote

Position Purpose: With our finance MHS (Indiana's Managed Health Services Plan) team, you will support finance through the budget and forecast process. Along with HBR (Health Benefit Ratio) Initiative forecast/budget reporting.

• Support finance through our budget & forecast process.• Analyzing our Pharmacy medical spend and enhancing our drug specific analysis. • Responsible for reporting our HBR initiatives.• Support our month-end close process by analyzing administrative costs and reporting on financials each day.• Develop integrated revenue/expense analysis, projections, reports, and presentations• Support ad hoc requests and Finance department process improvements.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Strong excel knowledge, good communication skills and Healthcare or Health Insurance experience preferred
