Finance Operations Associate (5 Day Work Week, Thursday to Monday, 12pm to 9pm HKT)

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes

Responsibilities

• Assist in transferring of funds across various accounts
• Coordinate finance operations with internal and external parties
• Cross check transactions record assuring data integrity
• Execute the handling process as specified consistently
• Manage the account transitioning process to completion
• Monitor and maintain accounts to the appropriate levels
• Stay updated with the latest changes in products, processes and knowledge base
• Identify and differentiate the vast amount of crypto assets in the fast-changing market
• Investigate and resolve transactions involving internal and external parties
• Cross-check card product’s transactions and benefits
• Communicate and guide internal teams concisely to achieve the desired result
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent (Fresh Graduate welcome)
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work under pressure
• The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously
• Proficient in Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table)
• Prior experience in digital assets is a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
