Finance Systems Administrator

Lattice is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated technology leader to create and lead the Finance Technology function. The Finance Technology function will own Lattice’s internal financial infrastructure. You will select, implement, and maintain the applications, platforms, and tools that enable the Finance organization to do their best work. You will do this by building world class technical solutions that are prepared to scale, are developed on a common set of data, and are seamlessly integrated. 

• Responsible for application administration for NetSuite, Airbase, and other systems
• Lead the maintenance, setup, and reporting aspects of the systems
• Lead selection, development and implementation of new finance systems
• Shape the creation, prioritization, delivery of the forward-looking systems roadmap
• Architect, configure, and support core finance system solutions to improve quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and corporate accounting operations.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and provide solutions that allow system capabilities to drive efficiencies and process maturity (either natively or through integrated tools).
• Manage day-to-day support while working with and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders from groups like Finance, Data, Revenue Operations, People Operations, and Engineering.
• Support SOX, ITCG, and change management frameworks to ensure IT control compliance, security, consistency, and reliability
• Build and grow a Finance Systems team and maintain productive and efficient relationships with external consultants.
• Drive process optimization and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive automation, integration, and more robust system solutions to scale business operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of knowledge and related industry experience implementing and maintaining NetSuite solutions.
• In-depth experience in implementing Finance systems (ERP, Procurement, Payroll, Quote-to-Cash, FP&A & and other tools) and supporting Accounting and Finance departments.
• Experience with global system implementations and enhancements that support localization and international expansion
• Strong understanding of SOX and other financial regulated compliance requirements
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, Adaptive, ZIP, Stripe, ADP, Airbase, CaptivateIQ, FloQast, among others.
