Job Description
Modivcare is looking for a Financial Benefits Analyst IV to be responsible for the administrative design and documentation, implementation, and ongoing daily administration of the company's financial employee benefits including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and 401(k) programs. These programs are meant to assist employees in building long term wealth while providing the company with a tool to attract and retain employees.

- Plan, administer, and communicate the company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and 401(k) programs regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements.
- Assist employees with enrollment and answers employee questions regarding the plan, eligibility, or tax implications of transactions.
- Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with applicable securities-related regulations or laws.
- Maintain data and ensure accuracy of employee data in stock administration tool.
- Ensure adherence to plan document provisions.
- Work closely with payroll contacts to ensure proper accounting and compliance.
- Partner with payroll contacts to ensure that all plan enrollments, changes in enrollments, and withdrawals are accurately recorded and processed.
- Coordinate contribution files for submittal to third party vendor.
- Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, employee surveys and workplace best practices to ensure plans are competitive, meets employee needs, and supports organizational goals.
- Develop and document all administrative processes related to both the 401(k) and ESPP programs.
- Review cost, participation, and usage rates of programs to assess actual and perceived value.
- Research and evaluate third-party vendors; may participate in selection and implementation of selected providers.
- Develop communications that educate employees on benefits of plan and encourage greater participation.
- Act as an ESPP & 401(k) resource to employees and internal business partners providing them with complete and accurate information.
- Generate recurring reports and respond timely to ad hoc requests from business partners.
- Champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
- Ensure offerings comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding taxes, reporting and privacy issues.
- Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Seven (7) plus years of experience in Benefits or stock plan administration.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Effective project management capabilities to lead initiatives and facilitates cross-functional collaboration and support.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary: $99,131 - $132,174 / annually
Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance.
