    • 15+ years of experience in aircraft systems development, operations, and sustainment.
    • Minimum 20 years of active-duty experience as an aircraft maintenance technician.
    • Extensive experience (15+ years) in military aviation PDM/modification centers and fleet sustainment programs.
    • Strong proficiency with Greenville Big Safari Online (GBSO) and Air Force logistics systems such as REMIS, CEMS, and IMDS.
    • 30+ years of combined experience in aviation maintenance, logistics, flight operations, and supply chain support.
    • Deep expertise in RC-135 engine diagnostics, overhaul scheduling, and sustainment planning.
    • Proven experience overseeing civilian contractors and evaluating contract performance in aviation environments.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and program management skills in high-pressure operational settings.
    • Benefits:

      • Long-term 24-month+ remote contract engagement
