Forsta Plus (ConfirmIT) Survey Programmer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Forsta Plus (ConfirmIT) Survey Programmer based in India.

• Program, configure, and maintain online market research surveys using Forsta Plus (ConfirmIT), ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to client specifications.
• Review client questionnaires and project materials thoroughly to develop high-quality surveys that meet project objectives and timelines.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement revisions throughout quality assurance and client testing phases.
• Proactively recommend survey design enhancements that improve respondent experience, data quality, and overall project outcomes.
• Prepare surveys for deployment, configure tracking links, and monitor fieldwork progress throughout data collection.
• Collaborate with project managers, fellow programmers, and data processing teams to meet project requirements, reporting needs, and custom deliverables.
• Develop custom programming solutions when required and communicate directly with clients to resolve technical challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of programming best practices across the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and methodologies related to online data collection and survey programming.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience programming surveys using Forsta Plus (ConfirmIT).
• At least 2 years of experience in market research, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and related web technologies used for survey development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and client-facing teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and process compliance.
• Willingness to work UK business hours (GMT/BST time zone).
• Ability to continuously learn new technologies and contribute to operational improvements.
