Forward Deployed Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineers operate at the intersection of AI engineering, software development, and customer success, translating cutting-edge generative AI capabilities into real-world enterprise solutions.
In this role, you will work directly with client stakeholders to understand complex workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
You will design and build scalable AI applications, including agentic systems, automations, and enterprise integrations.
You will take ownership of proof-of-concepts and guide them into production-grade deployments with measurable business impact.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client teams across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery to adoption.

Partner with enterprise clients to deeply understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI-enabled transformation, then translate them into technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications, agentic workflows, automations, and system integrations in production environments.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions, including discovery, architecture design, prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and production rollout.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring successful adoption, scalability, and measurable impact of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to refine solutions and align customer needs with technical capabilities.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software engineering, advanced solutions delivery, or customer-facing technical roles, ideally involving AI or machine learning systems.

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production systems, including LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, or automation platforms.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, C#, Go, or similar; strong Python and LLM framework experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity, ownership mindset, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
